What exactly IS INCLUDED in the Full Service Plan?

Website Maintenance + Content Plan - $299 per month

This plan includes all the benefits of being a Content Plan member plus the added convenience and security of our website maintenance service.

Here is what’s included:

  • Weekly full website backups plus the backup files are stored separately and securely offsite.
  • If your website is hacked or otherwise damaged, we will promptly restore the latest website backup for you to minimize “down-time” for your business.
  • We'll review your WordPress site and implement any additional security measures that should be in place – free of charge.
  • We'll test WordPress version updates for you before implementing them to ensure your website has no embarrassing mishaps from WordPress or other plugin updates.
  • You accumulate 2 free hours of “service” time to use for technical work on your website (up to 20 hours per year).

Website changes, such as adding new features or pages are considered technical. These kinds of changes can be made using your service hour.

In some cases, the work may require more than two hours – so you can either use accumulated service hours or we'll invoice the additional hours separately.

What’s not included:

  • This service does not include writing blog posts or other content for you.
  • This monthly fee does not include logo or other graphic design.
  • Our Content Plan does not include any free technical work outside of the service hour(s) described below.

Website Monthly Content Plan - $199 per month

This plan is designed to take the repetitive and unprofitable task of making content changes off your hands.

Basically, we'll take over making any and all content changes for you – all you have to do is tell us what needs to be done.

Plus, you get a guaranteed turnaround time of 24 hours or less.

Here is what’s included:

  • Weekly full website backups plus the backup files are stored separately and securely offsite.
  • If your website is hacked or otherwise damaged, we will promptly restore the latest website backup for you to minimize “down-time” for your business.
  • We'll review your WordPress site and implement any additional security measures that should be in place – free of charge.
  • We'll test WordPress version updates for you before implementing them to ensure your website has no embarrassing mishaps from WordPress or other plugin updates.
  • You accumulate 2 free hours of “service” time to use for technical work on your website (up to 20 hours per year).

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our support plans are set up as a recurring subscription. We accept credit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after starting a new support plan you are not 100% satisfied, we will offer a 100% money-back, no questions asked guarantee as long as it’s requested within 30 days of your initial purchase of the plan.

After your first 30 days of starting a new monthly support plan we are unable to process any refunds. Likewise, we cannot issue a credit towards any unused service hours after you cancel your support plan.

All hourly payments are final and therefore we cannot offer any refunds. We do however, always strive to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction, no matter the job.

How long does a subscription last?

We bill monthly in advance of any service provided. We do not require that you sign a service contract. 

Do I have to renew each year?

Absolutly not. Although we think once you start one of our service plans you'll want to stick with us, we do not require you to sign a monthly or yearly contract.

If you ever do want to cancel your support plan simply give us notice prior to your next months billing date.

Do you bill hourly on large projects?

Our preference is to bill larger projects on a project basis rather than hourly.

We'll discuss– either in person or on the phone– what changes you need and I will give you a quote.

If the work requirements change, then the work quote will change as well.
