My outdoor writing is published in the Pheasants Forever magazine, the Ruffed Grouse Society magazine, National Shooting Sports Foundation, Turkey Country, the Bird Hunting Report, and Suite101.com. I was also the outdoor columnist at the Carbondale, Colorado Sopris Sun. I edited and co-authored the EPA award winning report, Climate Change in Aspen: An Assessment of Impacts and Potential Responses.
In my free time, I enjoy training my two German shorthaired pointers, hunting, shooting, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing and running. I also enjoy writing, photographing, drawing and painting the natural world around me.
